- How does the free trial work?
- All paid plans come with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost. Your card is required to start the trial to prevent abuse, but you can cancel from the billing portal before day 7.
- What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
- You'll see a prompt to upgrade to a higher plan. Your existing results remain accessible. Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated.
- What does bulk CSV upload do?
- Upload a CSV with candidate names and LinkedIn URLs. VeriJob will verify all of them in parallel, giving you authenticity scores for each. Great for screening a pipeline of applicants before investing interview time.
- Is VeriJob still free for job seekers?
- Absolutely. The free plan gives job seekers enough analyses to check job postings. We also accept optional donations to support development.
